In our stores, you can exchange the items for other products, receive a voucher for future purchases in one of our stores, or get a refund. Remember to bring the order confirmation, received on e-mail, where the price of the items is stated. If the items to be returned are received as a gift, please ask the person you received the gift from to provide you with the order confirmation.
Returns are only accepted if the following conditions are met:
- The items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date
- The items must be in their original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition
- The items must be returned with their original tags and packaging
Footwear must be returned with their dust bag (if included), protective paper, and original shoe box, as these are considered essential parts of the product. To prevent damage during transport, please place the shoe box inside a shipping box.
Intimate apparel and swimwear (including, but not limited to lingerie, boxers, briefs, swimsuits, and bikini bottoms) must be returned with their original hygienic protective strip still intact.
