We offer a 30-day full refund on all items bought on delastore.com It is only possible to return items to the web store, that are bought online. The money will be refunded to the original payment option within 14 days after the return arrives at our warehouse.

In our stores, you can exchange the items for other products, receive a voucher for future purchases in one of our stores, or get a refund. Remember to bring the order confirmation, received on e-mail, where the price of the items is stated. If the items to be returned are received as a gift, please ask the person you received the gift from to provide you with the order confirmation.
Returns are only accepted if the following conditions are met:
- The items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- The items must be in their original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition
- The items must be returned with their original tags and packaging
Footwear must be returned with their dust bag (if included), protective paper, and original shoe box, as these are considered essential parts of the product. To prevent damage during transport, please place the shoe box inside a shipping box.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned order has arrived in our facility and after proper inspection by our staff. If the item returned follows the our return policy guideliness we will then proceed with the refund.
The refund mathod will always be the same as the payment method. Please note that the refund process will take 5-10 days depending on the payment method.
